REFUND POLICY

FaithWave – Refund & Return Policy

We value every customer and stand behind the quality of our products.
Because each FaithWave item is made and shipped on demand, we operate under a strict return and refund policy to ensure fair and sustainable practices.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

    • In its original packaging (including tags and labels)

    • Free of any signs of wear, damage, or odor

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn clothing

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items purchased during promotional events

  • Gift cards or digital products


3. Return Process

  1. Email support@faithwave.store within 14 days of delivery to request authorization.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions and shipping address.

  4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  5. FaithWave is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item shows signs of wear or damage, the refund will be partially reduced or refused at our discretion.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

  • After this window, production or shipment may have started, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned according to the process above.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact support@faithwave.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to our on-demand production process.
If you want a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


8. FaithWave’s Right to Refuse Returns

FaithWave reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns that do not meet policy requirements

  • Charge a restocking fee in cases of repeated return abuse

  • Refuse service to accounts showing suspicious activity
